He moved to Cycling club from Track and Field Club when he was in high school. When he was in National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya, he got the title of National Championships (U23) in Individual Time Trial for the first time in the club in his University. He also won for the first time in individual pursuit in intercollegiate championships. After graduating University he joined our team as a professional rider. In 2008 he became the first Japanese winner of the stage race in France (Paris-Correze 2.1 Class). We look forward to his wonderful performance as an ace in 2009..
